Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via "natural" ("organic" or "algorithmic") search results. Usually, the earlier a site is presented in the search results, or the higher it "ranks", the more searchers will visit that site. SEO can also target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, and industry-specific vertical search engines.
A sitemap is a way of organizing a website, identifying the URLs and the data under each section. Previously, the sitemaps were primarily geared for the users of the website. However, Google's XML format was designed for the search engines, allowing them to find the data faster and more efficiently.

Collaborative Encyclopedia a collaborative project started by Erich Viedge and rocketed to prominence by Roger Brown.
Wikipedia has become a major source of information for many people. Therefor it makes sense to have Toastmasters listed on all languages that Wikipedia offers. Right now Drupal is listed in 7 languages which is good but we can expand this to even more languages and we can make the current information better. For example, the English entry of Drupal is rather good but still needs some work, about local languages by example. Some other languages sometimes only have a oneliner or are old and outdated. So here is a call to everyone that has a browser and can write in one or more languages: go to Wikipedia, search for your language(s) and start an entry about "Toastmasters" or make the current one better. Note that it does not have to be limited to the term "Toastmasters" itself, you can write as well about for example Communication, Public speaking, Speaking contest, leadership. If you ever wanted to contribute to our Toastmasters Marketing project but can not write quality documentation pages, this is a very good way to contribute. And if we all do this, we can make sure we can have more languages covering Toastmasters and have better information about Toastmasters! So show your love and start writing about Toastmasters on Wikipedia but remember: keep it unbiased, factual and fair!

The easy-Speak software allows Toastmaster clubs to automate their meeting planning and to track and support members' development. It may sit behind the club's existing web-site to deliver data management for the club and, if the club has no other web presence, it may also be used as a simple portal to present the club news and promotional message.
