1. Funds received & spectacles made

1.1. School order complete and sent to refractionist for distribution

2. Using EyeNetra children are refracted and specifications sent to cloud

2.1. Children select frame colour using Optical Lab App

3. Online store creates child's profile for spectacle purchase

3.1. Text sent to families / donors using Easy Paisa.

4. Teachers will be trained to screen refractive error in children

4.1. Government of Pakistan's National Deworming program ~ 17 million children age 5 to 15 (2018 to 2023)

5. Refractionists will be assigned a total of 25 schools per month (225)

5.1. To reach the needs of deworming program by year 5, a total of 250 refractionists will be required

6. Refractionists will visit school once teachers screening is complete

6.1. Teacher gathers child's families contact information for refractionist
