6.1. It emerged from Howard girls' school system

6.4. However due to its high cost it could not besustained and developed longer

7. JENA PLAN

7.1. He was an important German reformist educator and professor at the University of Jena

7.2. He was the first to use the term frontal classroom instruction

7.3. His great achievement was that he wanted to merge various reform pedagogical currents on the background of a self-developed education science together
