3.1. Management asking Nancy to take disciplinary measures.
3.2. conflict with team that is effecting patients.
4. Interdisciplinary team ( PT, OT, Nurse, SW)
4.1. team is unclear about structure of the funding for the health team.
4.2. some team members are becoming territorial over patients and undermining the professionalism of the team as a whole.
4.3. team is not agreeing on treatment services
4.4. team members are starting to criticise each others role.
4.5. team members are not coming to team meetings.
