1. Eat healthy foods
1.1. You should have a healthy meal plan during the week to avoid eating fast food. I also have to go on a diet to achieve a life change.

2. Food times
2.1. I must have established hours of food. The best meal times are breakfast and lunch. During dinner I should not eat too much and preferably fruits and vegetables.
3. Excercises
3.1. I must do exercises frequently, for example, running, going to the gym or zumba. It is important to be careful with sports, so I have to use sportswear and protective equipment for extreme sports.

4. Relax
4.1. I must take relaxing times to help the body and the mind. I should read books and spend more time with my family.
