4.1.1. Search engines such as Google and Yahoo were created where people could search certain things because before you had to have the exact URL or number, but now you didn't

4.1.2.1. Stuff didn't automatically save and they could (and once did) lose everything, so they started to save everything before leaving.

4.1.2.1.1. during 9/11 the pharmacies in New York closed and they didn't have any of the information and they din't even know where some of the patients were

5.2.1. After she got more used to the internet it ended up helping Sue with her work and it made it easier

5.2.2. It isn't just helping her but everyone else at her work and beyond her job

5.2.2.1. There were many databases to fro keep track of surgeries and pharmacies medications, etc.............. It was very complicated but it helped

6. Scams like the infamous Nigerian prince scam started popping up everywhere. Unsurprisingly, the news put on sensationalized stories that scared many people. Sue made a conscious choice to use the internet in spite of widespread fear.
