1. Health
1.1. may be defined as the overall status and condition of the body.
1.2. not having illness to the body.
1.3. Being healthy means to be physically and mentally fit to perform activities throughout the day
2. Wellness
2.1. wellness may refer to the mental and emotional status of an individual.
2.2. includes the 7 dimensions of wellness: Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, Environmental, Occupational, and Spiritual.
3. Fitness
3.1. may refer to a person's capability to perform strenuous activities for long periods of time.
3.2. Allows an individual to relieve stress and maintain a positive outlook in life.
3.3. Being fit helps an individual to maintaining optimal health by exercising and eating healthy.
