1. When to trust what you are reading.
1.1. The author’s name is easy to find.
1.2. The authors have experience with the condition.
1.3. The author is respected in the community and by their colleagues.
1.4. If the date is current.
1.5. If the topic has been researched identifying the opinion of large population.
2. When to trash what you are reading.
2.1. You don’t know who wrote it, or you can’t find the author’s name.
2.2. You can’t find information about the author’s background or experience, or you can know that they don’t have any experience.
2.3. IF the date is old or there is no date.
2.4. IS it a singular opinion? If so then trash.
