1. PRESENT SIMPLE: To conjugate the present simple we use the infinitive for the subjects "I", "you", "we" and "they" and for the third persons "he", "she" and "it", we add a "-s" to the end of the verb.

2. PRESENT CONTINUOUS: The "present continuous" of any verb is composed of two parts: the present tense of the verb to be + the "present participle" of the main verb. (To form the "present participle": root + ing, e.g. talking, playing, moving, smiling)

3. to describe an action that is taking place at this moment: You are using the Internet. You are studying English grammar.

4. The simple present is used to talk about things that usually happen. Unlike with Spanish, the simple present is not used to talk about something that is happening at the moment we speak.
