1. Introduction: It is give the definition of the problem with parameters or limitation of the situation.
2. Overview/Analysis: In this part offers details about the scenarios, players, organization, employees or people who are involved in it. There are mentioned other information such as technical or theorical issues, graphic aids.
3. Appendices: Provide resources such as copies of documents, charts, technical specifications, among other. This is important so students can understand the scenario and get essential information to solve the case problems
4. Status report:These are the intentions which the managers o r employees have in order to solve the issue.
5. Case problems: The status report end with another two case problems that they are analyzed with specific questions. Case problems have three forms
5.1. It given a situation and ask learners what they would do next.
5.2. Set a task where learners have to prepare a report.
5.3. Students analyze the scenario and they recommend how they can handle it.
