2.1. Current paper based system not enticing, engaging or fun enough to get users to interact with it

2.2. Coaching and Mentoring takes up valuable time and resources from DSA

2.3. Teams not operating as efficiently as they should gets in the way of the learning which is the primary function of the DSA

2.4. Without knowing issues in advance coaching follows a set standard of topics an dis therefore not as effective as it could be

2.5. DSA needs a better way of organising the information and results provided by teams/ team members when completing paper based assessments

3. DSA - Goals/ Vision

3.1. As the DSA scales up and has more and more teams working on projects they want to be utilising digital technology to ensure teams can work as effectively as possible and as autonomously as possible without the need for too much strain on coaching and mentoring resources; inorder to facilitate as best a learning experince as possible and maintain DSA's key Unique selling point as being the expert in online collaboration.

3.2. DSA want to come up with a tool that can be used for teams primarily operating within courses but secondary if the tool works well there is the potential for this tool with large corporates outside the academy which DSA already has relationships in place with.

4.1. DSA - Founded in 2008 by educator and entrepreneur Paul Dunne, Digital Skills Academy is an established, innovative leader of digital industry-linked higher education & training programmes. DSA's objective is to develop industry-ready talent through Programmes and Short Courses that are closely aligned with the needs of industry. They provide participants with opportunities to demonstrate and prove their capabilities to work on digital projects with industry and business partners.Key Objectives Include: :
