2.1. We have a variety of clothing for all men, women, children, etc! Here you can glance at options of affordable workout clothes, to make you feel confident while working out in the gym.

3. Special Events

3.1. We love to Host Parties, Gym groups, and classes pertaining to Fitness! Here is our availability for Special Events and Bookings. Class times are posted here as well.

4. Workouts

4.1. On our website we offer set workout plans in case you don't know what to focus on in the gym. Workouts can be a variety from weight loss, to gaining muscle/bulking, to preparation/training/ competition for NPC/body builder competitors. Don't worry, we have a workout for you!

5. Equipment

5.1. This page is dedicated to specific equipment in the House of Gains gym. A wide variety for any specific type of workout. Machines include; dumb-bells, row machines, back, arm, core, chest, and squat machines apply. Indoor and outdoor track included, as well as amenities such as lane pools, and outdoor gym.

6. Hours/Location

6.1. Located right out Santa Monica, CA our gym is a combination of an inside/outside gym right by the beach. We are open Monday-Saturday. Monday through Friday we are open from 6am-10pm, and Saturday's from 6am-8pm. Due to Special Events/Holidays, hours may be changed.

7. Personal Trainers

7.1. Our Personal Trainers are the best motivators to get you fit and in your right mind-set! Our Personal Trainers each specialize in certain and specific workouts for you. They will work with you on your goals. This page you can read about the House of Gains PT's, and schedule a workout with who suits you best!

8. Nutrition

8.1. Located in the House of Gains gym, we are enthusiasts of "healthy body, healthy mind" quota! We serve a variety of flavors of drinks with nutritional fruits & veggies to re-energize your body!
