1. social

1.1. I have surrounded my self with some positive nice friends who are a good influence on me. I try and avoid people that are competitive and trouble makers. My sport is a positive aspect of my social health because playing rugby, basket ball and Oz tag allows me to be apart of different friend ship groups and socialise with different people.

2. emotional

2.1. Some positive aspects my emotional health would be how I have surrounded my self around some very caring, compassionate nice people who are a good influence on me.. My mum makes sure I talk about my feelings. Often I bottle them up but she encourages me to be open about them. I recognise that I always feel better when I unload the problem.

3. mental

3.1. My mental health is strong due to my strong friend ship groups and family I sorround my self with. I try to balance my life style by playing sport and taking the dogs for a walk and take care of my hygiene. A positive part of my mental health is how I have a good relationship with my family. I feel I can talk freely to them.

3.2. I love to escape the outside world and play xbox- I get to connect with my friends and talk to them virtually. I am aware that it is addictive and when I spend too much time playing it I get very agitated and restless and annoy my sister. I also noticed that over the holidays because I played so much my rugby skills suffered. I felt like I lost some of my coordination.

4. physical

4.1. I try and eat a healthy balanced diet as much as possible. I realise sometimes I eat too much processed food with high sugar. I am also conscious due to my exercise I need to hydrate as much as possible, I try to avoid sift drinks and sugary drinks

4.2. nutrition

4.3. I try to get as much sleep as possible and aim for 9 to 10 hours of sleep. in the sleep area I think it would be good to improve and aim for 11 to 10 hours of sleep. how ever on the weekends I try to get 11 to 12 hours.

4.5. I beleive that I am quite physically healthy due to all the physical exercise I do such as Oz tag, rugby, athletics, gym training and basket ball. I also eat good food due to my healthy family. some negative aspects of my physical, health would be my leg injury i had when I was playing rugby. lost some strength, speed and when it happened i stayed at home for a while and didn't eat the most healthiest foods i could of haved at the time. And me playing video games more than I needed to. I try to take care of my hygiene as much as possible.
