1. Responsibilities - withdrawal from the organization of the Olympic Games

1.1. The CON, the COJO and the host city are joint and in solidum responsible for all commitments made individually or collectively in relation to the organization and development of the Olympic Games, except as regards the financial responsibility of the organization and development of themselves, which will be entirely assumed by the host city and the COJO, without prejudice to the responsibilities of third parties, in particular of those that could result from the guarantees provided according to TAN34. The COIwill not incur any financial responsibility related to the organization and development of the Olympic Games.

2.1. In order to improve the organization of the Olympic Games and cooperation between the COI, the COJO, the FI and the CON, the president will appoint a coordinating commission of the Olympic Games (coordination commission) whose mission will be manage and harmonize the working relationships of all these parts. The coordination commission will include representatives of the COI, FI, CON and athletes.

3. Olympic Village

3.1. In order to bring all the competitors together in one place, official personnel of the teams and other personnel of the same, the COJO will install an Olympic village during a set period by the executive committee of the COI.

3.1.1. RULES

3.1.1.1. The Olympic village must meet all the requirements established by the executive committee of the COI.

3.1.1.2. In the event that the COI authorizes the COJO to organize tests In other places than the host city, you can demand COJO that provides accommodation, services and other facilities appropriate, in accordance with the requirements established by the executive commission of the COI.

4. Cultural program

4.1. The COJO will organize a program of cultural events that must cover at least the entire opening period of the town Olympic. Said program will be submitted to the prior approval of the executive commission of the COI.

5. The choice of the host city takes place in a country that does not have a candidate city for the organization of the Olympic Games in question.

5.1. To be admissible, any request from a city to organizing the Olympic Games has to be approved by the WITH of your country, moment from which the city is considered as an aspiring city.

5.2. All applicant cities have an obligation to conform to the Olympic Charter and to any other regulation or requirement formulated by the commission of the IOC, as well as all technical standards established by the FIs for their respective sports

5.2.1. Candidate cities - evaluation

5.2.1.1. Each evaluation commission will study the candidatures of all candidate cities, will inspect the facilities and will send all IOC members a Written report about all the candidatures, like more one month before the opening of the Session in which the host city of the Olympic Games will be chosen.

5.2.1.2. Each candidate city will provide the guarantees financial requirements of the IOC Executive Board, which will determine if said guarantees have to be provided by the city itself, by another local public community, regional or national level, or by third parties

6. Celebration of the Olympic Games

6.1. -The duration of the competitions of the Olympic Games shall not exceed of sixteen days.

6.2. The non-celebration of the Olympic Games during the year where they must take place implies the cancellation of rights of the host city, without prejudice to all other rights of the IOC.

7. Place, facilities and locations of the Olympic Games

7.1. All sports competitions must take place in the host city of the Olympic Games, unless the commission IOC Executive Board authorizes the organization of some tests in other cities, facilities and sites located in the same country. The opening and closing ceremonies have to organize in the host city itself. The place, facilities and locations for all sports and demonstrations any type have to be approved by the executive committee of the IOC.

8. Choice of the host city

8.1. The IOC Executive Board determines the procedure to continue until the election for the Session takes place. Except in exceptional circumstances, this election takes place seven years before the celebration of the Olympic Games.

9. Organizing Committee

9.1. The organization of the Olympic Games is entrusted by the IOC to WITH the country of the host city, as well as the host city itself. To this end, the NOC will be responsible for the constitution of a COJO that, from the moment of its formation, it must render accounts directly to the executive committee of the IOC.

9.1.1. ORGANIZATION

9.1.1.1. The executive organ of the COJO shall include the following vowels: - the member or members of the COI in the country to which the Standard 16.1.1.1 refers; - the president and general secretary of the CON; - at least one representative of the host city designated by it.
