1. Health

1.1. Gym

1.1.1. I want to go to gym 3 times this week.

1.1.1.1. I want to try and accept less excuses for why I won't go to gym.

1.1.1.2. I realise that I can always go to gym and just do other exercises that won't affect an injury.

1.2. Cardio

1.2.1. I need to start stretching every single day for 10 minutes.

1.2.1.1. If I can, going to a physio would be helpful.

1.2.1.1.1. I am very tall, and need to help my body get used to my height and reduce tightness in my muscles.

1.3. Cooking

1.3.1. Now that I have so much bloody time on my hands, I want to start cooking more.

1.3.1.1. It'd be good to try and learn some dinner recipes or baking recipes to make tasty desserts.

1.3.1.1.1. It'd be good to be able to offer to help my parents with the food sometimes, and even make dinner once a week for the family.

2. Friends

2.1.1. I will treat Jeremy with more respect because he is wise and humble.

2.2.1. Adam and I are consistent friends and I'd like to see him more

3. Driving

3.1. Drive with mum and dad in stress free situations to get more comfortable driving without lessons.

3.1.1. Lessons make me stressed and frustrated, especially as I already understand and can drive well.

3.1.2. Lessons are no longer required as I have learnt everything. All I need to do is get more comfortable.

3.1.2.1. Focus on driving to familiar places and act like a taxi driver for my parents, getting as much experience as I can, to reduce stress.

3.1.2.1.1. Go for my test again in a few months time.

4. Work

4.1. McDonald's

4.1.1. I hate McDonald's. It makes me stressed and frustrated, it is hot and I sweat lots. The managers are unfriendly.

4.1.1.1. I want to leave ASAP.

4.2. Coles

4.2.1. I have a job interview to apply for fresh produce store team member.

4.2.1.1. If I get the job, I will be working at Coles up to 20 hours a week.

4.2.1.2. If I don't get the job, I will apply elsewhere.

4.3. Other Options

4.3.1. Consider alternatives now that I don't have school, my schedule will make it easier for me to find a job.

4.3.1.1. Any large business would be great.

4.3.1.2. I'll apply online and contact some jobs directly from Indeed or Jora.

5. Girls

5.1. I WILL ONLY THINK NEGATIVE THOUGHTS WITH ACTUAL EVIDENCE, NOT BS FEELINGS AND THEORIES.

5.1.1. Izzi

5.1.1.1. I like Izzi. Izzi was a closer friend. With Hannah and it became weird because even though I met her on Tinder, I focused entirely on her friend Hannah.

5.1.1.1.1. Izzi has remained friendly but aloof. She seems very stressed about school.

5.1.2. Tessa

5.1.2.1. I like her. She liked me but didn't want to date at the time because of school.

5.1.2.1.1. I messaged her about exams.

5.1.2.1.2. She seemed interested and friendly, but focused on exams, also interested in me.

5.1.3.1. I don't really care about Emily. I am finishing work soon.

5.1.3.1.1. When I've finished work, I might ask for her details and keep in touch, maybe catch up in the future.

5.1.3.2. I think Emily is rather fetching.

5.1.5.1. She a mad lady, crazy motherfucker.

5.1.5.1.1. I was angry at her for a while, but she apologised for manipulating me and flirting with me.

5.1.6. Hannah

5.1.6.1. No actions required. Hannah is finished with as she has proven multiple times that she is not worth the time nor the energy. She is also in a relationship.

5.1.6.1.1. Hannah likes to flirt and seek attention, but she is not sustainable and she is not consistent. She is a very unpredictable friend. Easily jealous. Hannah, much like a spider at the start of summer, will most likely appear again.
