1. Plasma (makes up 55%)
1.1. Function: Transport hormones and waste products to and from the cells
2. Red Blood Cells (erythrocyes- Make up 44%)
2.1. Function: Transport Oxygen to the cells and Carbon Dioxide away from the cells
3. White Blood Cells (leukocytes- with platelets make up the other 1%
3.1. Function: Help fight infection and other invaders in the body
4. Platelets (Thrombocytes)
4.1. Function: to help with hemostatis (clotting of the blood)
