1. Good to go

1.1. Means no verification needed

1.2. -The flight is after 30+ days -Us card used - Customer purchasing for himself -Ip matching the destination

2. Small amounts

2.1. In order to protect our customers from unauthorized transactions, we need to take security measures to verify the account ownership. We are pre-authorizing two small charges (less than 2 USD each) on the card, requiring their further confirmation with us.

2.2. How customer can complete the verification:

2.2.1. Step 1. Check your web banking for pending charges, or contact the financial institution in order to get the exact amounts taken on hold by Travel Services.

2.2.2. Step 2. Please verify the small amounts by clicking the the link sent in the email

3. CC check

3.1. Verify Department is calling the bank and verify if the name, billing address and phone number that customer provided is listed on the card or bank account

4. Different US card required

4.1. Customer may use a card issued outside US in order to pay for the ticket, so in this case, if other verification methods doesn't work, Verification Department will ask for an US card to be used.

5. Payment confirmation

5.1. Means that we need to reach the card holder on the billing phone number or any other number that is under his name

5.2. It may happen when the flight is soon and customer is purchasing a ticket for a different person with different last name.

6. Fraud/ Cancel

6.1. -Sale looks suspicious. -It is a rush flight -Phone number is invalid or belong to a different person rather that card holder.
