1. 1) Target

1.1. Teachers and administrators interview students and parents about math expectations on both sides

1.2. Teachers define objectives for the course

1.3. Students establish where they want to start individually with parent input

1.4. Teachers and students define grading scale (i.e. success criteria)

2. 2) Create

2.1. Teachers and students create learner stories regarding past math experiences

2.2. Teachers and students gather necessary general content and real world examples

2.3. Teachers build prototype and test with students and peers

2.4. Teachers prep final CBE course

3. 3) Launch

3.1. Teachers create course goals and a few suggestions of where to start. E.g. Variables, Exponents: Fractional, Linear Inequalities, etc.

3.2. Identify course & training delivery mediums

3.3. Technology
