4.1. Happens at the end of a chuck of learning. This assessment can include multiple choice answers, higher-order thinking questions, etc.

5. Prefermance Assessments

5.1. Require students to preform a task rather than having multiple choice options.

5.1.1. Examples: Building a marshmallow snow man- The teacher will give students materials and instructions only to see of the students are able to follow a sequence. Designing a playground using area.

6. Diagnostics

6.1. These assessments are like pre-assessments that help the teacher see the gaps students may have. The teacher can assess students knowledge, strengths and weaknesses and adjust the lesson as needed.

6.1.1. Examples: Running Records for reading allow a teacher to assess the students reading level. Questionnaires are a good tool to use as diagnostic assessments to get honest responses from the students.
