QA Calibration Workflow

1. Step 1

1.1. Everyone receives tickets

1.1.1. Tickets are audited individually, scored before larger meet up.

2. Step 2

2.1. Tickets are compared between members of QA team

2.1.1. Differences/discrepancies are noted, scores compared

2.1.2. Discussion regarding range/comparison with rubric

2.1.2.1. Agree on what average/“actual” score is.

3. Step 3

3.1. Adjust rubric/calibration documents appropriately to address any inconsistencies/confusion/equivocation.

4. Step 4

4.1. Re-distribute newly edited documents for next calibration (give folks time to get acquainted)
