MECHANICAL HAZARDS IN ONTARIO WORKPLACE

2. Electrical contact is one of the mechanical hazards in Ontario workplace which can be a dangerous condition where a worker can lead to serious injuries or death. The worker can have a contact if the machinery is energized or locked out at the workplace
3. Preventive measures for electrical contact: Investigate equipment before each utilization,Know the area and control switch off switches or electrical switch board, hire licensed and experienced technicians to who have capability of working with wires
