3.1. Structure

4. PRESENT CONTINUOS

4.1. Use: To talk about events which are in progress at the moment of speaking.

4.2. Structure:

4.2.1. A: Person+ verb to be (am, is, are) + verb gerund (ing) + complement

4.2.2. N: Person+ verb to be (aren´t or isn´t)+ verb gerund (ing)+ complement

4.2.3. I: Verb To be (Am, Is, Are)+ person+ verb gerdun (ing)+ complement.

4.3. Examples:

4.3.1. Sergio is meating to my mother.

4.3.2. Paula isn´t eating in the kitchen.

4.3.3. ¿You are coming to the school today?

5. GOING TO

5.1. Use: To talk about future plans o intentions.

5.2. Structure

5.2.1. A: Person+ Verb To be (am, is are)+ GOING TO+ verb present simple+ complement

5.2.2. I: Verb to be (Am, is, are)+ person+ GOING TO+ verb present simple+complement

5.2.3. N: Person+ verb to be (aren´t or isn´t)+ GOING TO+ ver present simple+ complement

5.3. Examples:

5.3.1. Paula is going to dinner with her friends the next friday.

5.3.2. Pepe and Mario aren´t going to play in the beach

5.3.3. ¿Is Pepe, going to travel to Chihuahua?

6. PAST PERFECT

6.1. Use: To talk about a certain time in the past to tell what happened

6.2. Structure

6.2.1. A: Person+ HAD+ verb in past participle+ complement

6.2.2. N: Person+HADN´T+ verb in past participle+ Complement

6.3. Examples:

6.3.1. Salma had lost the train by 10 minutes

6.3.2. I hadn´t eated in the kicthen before cleaned the bathroom
