1. "The visible aspect refers to making teaching visible to the student, such that they learn to become their own teachers, which is the core attribute of lifelong learning or self regulation, and of the love learning that we so want students to value." (Hattie, 2012)

10. Teachers' knowledge on a subject is not what is important. It is how the teacher integrates the knowledge. Using a students background knowledge to create creative lessons that meets the needs and goals of the students.

11. Teachers need a classroom environment that is positive and safe. The students should know that mistakes are part of learning.

12. Teachers have to love their job and continue to grow too, in order to help their students.
