Define & show categories and views, noting that these are only the defaults and may not exactly match the options they have or views/categories that they have access too.
Select a view.
Look at View Details pane.
Select options (group, system, interval, metric, detail vs. summary...anything else?).
Generate report (button).
Additional export options that show up after you click generate (export to PDF; export to Word).
Explore additional views to compare options, see the variety of out-of-the box views from simple to complex, and show all the different user input options.
View reports that have been published (outside of the Surveyor interface); discuss the various publshing options that may or may not be used at their site.
