GOOD TEACHER

1. MULTITASKING

1.1. Teachers need to see everything that's happening with every kid during the lesson. They have to control everybody, to prepare themselves for the lesson, to see if everybody understands everything, to plan the lessons for the next day, to prepare everything that they are going to need for every lesson, mark tests, assigments etc.

2. ORGANISATION

2.1. In their work, teachers have many tasks to do for a specific time. If they won't to do their work properly and on time, they definitely need to have good organisation skills.

3. COMMUNICATION

3.1. Communication skills are extremely important for this job. A teacher is going to speak daily with lots of people , such as children, other teachers, parents etc. He should be able to understand every point of view and give information properly to people from all ages.

4. I would like to know if being a good teacher in kindergarden requires the same skills as being a teacher in school.

5. CREATIVITY

5.1. Creativity is important especially in primary school. Not only that using creativity you keep children's attention but you help them understand the new material easier.

6. PATIENCE

6.1. Every teacher needs to be patient when working with children or teenagers. Their behavior can be bad or they won't understand everything when you try to explain it.

7. CONFIDENCE

7.1. Every teacher needs to be confident. If you are not confident enough to stand up in front of 30 people, then this job is not for you. Another thing is that children sense it when you are not confident enough and they won't respect you or listen to you.

8. LEADERSHIP

8.1. Good teachers have the ability to guide and lead 30 different personalities in the classroom every day. They must be a good example, role model to the students.

9. I would like to know if being a good teacher depends on how much time you have practiced the job.
