Ethical Dilemma by Mind Map: Ethical Dilemma

Six months later she moved into a larger house and returned to work later that year with the same employers but as a different position. After her annual performance review her supervisor Bill noticed that her occupational therapy license had expired a year and a half ago. Although she renewed her AOTA membership in the chaos of moving and having a child she neglected to inform her state regulatory board about her move and did not receive the renewal notices.
