1. Eradicating poverty is an act of justice

1.1. - ensure that all men and women have equal rights to economic resources

1.2. - reduce at least by half the proportion of persons of all ages living in poverty

1.3. - Implement nationally social protection measures for all

1.4. - reduce the exposure to climate extreme events and other economic, social and environmental shocks and disasters

1.5. - provide adequate means for developing countries to implement programs and policies to end poverty in all its dimensions

1.6. - Create policy frameworks to support accelerated investment in poverty eradication actions

2. In 2015 the world leaders agreed to 17 goals for a better world by 2030, to build a better future for everyone.
