This is evident in general management, purchasing, human resources and production which all have links to operations management. Operations management is a branch of general management. Purchasing and ensuring all resources are available, as well as making sure the production of products is aligned with steps to keep organized and planned. It also links to HR as it focuses on the well-being of employees to ensure they are productive and motivated to carry out tasks.
