What are my key takeaways from the course?

1. “It is not just what we accomplish that matters but also how we accomplish it”
1.1. WHAT? Fair process responsibility and value creation
1.2. WHY? Value isn't only created by getting work done satisfactorily. The people doing the work also need to feel a sense of fulfillment, and a great team is one where the members are more than just colleagues
1.3. HOW? Building relationships between the members of the team that extend beyond the task at hand
2. All situations contain people with different worldviews
2.1. WHAT? Identifying and eliminating biases and accommodating multiple viewpoints in discussions
