1.1. Veins- carry the blood back to the heart.

1.2. Arteries- carries the blood from the heart to all the different parts of your body

1.3. Heart- pumps blood to your body

2. Digestive system- breaks down food

2.1. Mouth- mechanically digests food by grinding with teeth and mixing it with saliva.

2.2. Small intestine- enzymes from pancreas break down food, liver makes bile, bladder sends it to small intestine breaking down large lipids to small droplets.

2.3. Large intestine- absorb water, some vitamins and minerals

2.4. Esophagus- muscular tube that connects the throat to the stomach.

2.5. Liver- produces a substance called bile goes to intestine sent from bladder breaking lipids to droplets

2.6. Stomach- breaks down food by mixing it with gastric acid

4. Nervous system- takes in information through our senses, procces it and triggers reactions

4.1. Spinal Cord- pathway for messages sent by the brain to the body and from the body to the brain

4.2. Nerves- specialised cells, they carry messages from one part of the body to another

4.3. Eyes- organs for hearing, detect vibrations with tiny hairs in the organ which translate it to electric impulses carried to brain by sensory organs

4.4. Brain- sends messages, and controls the muscles and internal organs

4.5. Ears- organs for seeing, cells in retina detect light prouce nerve siginals to brain being processed for us to see

5. Excretory system- removes waste

5.1. Kidney- filter the blood

5.2. Bladder- pushes urine out of utethra
