1.1. Learn from the employees feedback
1.1.1. Example: At my work we provide feedback to my company. This allows the company to see how the employees feel about certain things and if things are working. This will help the company to make things better or improve of things.
1.2. Learn from the employees action
1.2.1. Example: At my workplace we have an open concept office place. We can see who is doing what. If someone is slacking off you can tell. Organizations can learn from watching the employees action to see what kind of workers fit there system.
1.3. Learn from the employees behavior
1.3.1. Example: In the workplace or an organization it is important to have a good relationship with your boss and workplace. There should be weekly or monthly meeting contact to touch bases and making sure everything is alright. This will make the employees feel more comfortable to work and most likely work better knowing the boss is trying to create a relationship.
2. Individual Learning
2.1. Learn from the programs provided from the organization
2.1.1. Example: At my workplace they provided many programs. One is about how to work in a diversity workplace. This teach how the team can work together in a diverse group. The individual is learning how to work in diverse groups and building teamwork skills.
2.2. Learn from different people in the organization
2.2.1. Example: At my workplace we have weekly meetings for different thing, but we talk about new ideas and how to brain storms, etc. We are learning new skills from the people within the company because everyone thinks differently. This can teach you how they think and listening skills as well.
2.3. Learn from the different tools provided from the organization
2.3.1. Example: At my workplace I had to work with many different tools to do like pictures, game programs, excel sheets, etc. I knew the basic stuff in these tools, but know I am excellent in all of them. They gave me different tools and now I know everything about that tool/program.
