4.1. Developing and conducting a well established, predictable routine so student’s know what to expect and when to expect it.

5.1. Beliefs set the tone, especially the Teacher’s mindset.

5.2. Having the mindset that EVERY STUDENT CAN LEARN.

5.3. Focusing on a growth mindset-instilling this mindset in our students.

5.4. Take time to focus on Social-emotional learning. Teach empathy and acceptance.
