1.1.1.2. Action - Story and Messaging: Contribute to the story telling and messaging of the direction and the initiatives that the leadership takes/is taking. Aspiration to reach everyone in the workforce and help them hear what's being spoken and how it would help and empower them in their career(s)

1.1.2. Project - Creating a Feedback Loop: Any project that helps in collecting and providing critical feedback from the wider workforce [Agreements + Expectations] [Addressing Fear]
