9.1.1.2. 2. asked the respondents to rank the degree of using important 23 SCMPs grouped in seven categories (SC, FwP, UoI, CF, LP, II and QM)

9.1.1.3. 3. the respondents were asked to rank their firms’ performance based on seven market share and financial performance items (GMFP/MSP1, GMFP/MSP3, GMFP/MSP4, GMFP/FP2 and GMFP/FP5-FP7) previously established as important
