1. Student calls for help
1.1. Front desk answers and asks student what issue is
1.1.1. Student indicates that they need help with Accommodations/Accessibiity
1.1.1.1. OA to book next available appt in CW
1.1.1.1.1. counsellor to contact student at appointment time
1.1.2. Student indicates they are in urgent need of personal counselling assistance
1.1.2.1. OA to book next available appt in CW same day if possible
1.1.2.1.1. Counsellor to contact student at appointment time
1.1.3. Student indicates that they are at risk of harming themselves and/or others
1.1.3.1. OA to book student in CW same day and email counsellor to call student at #
1.1.3.1.1. Counsellor to acknowledge email and contact student at appointment time
