1. How the underprivileged are suffering in corona virus and lockdown.

1.1. People experiencing homelessness can’t self-isolate to avoid catching or transmitting the virus, which means it could spread through their communities quickly.

1.2. The poor people are more affected than more privileged people as We are all in lockdown We have to stock up on food as all of the supermarkets ill be closed and We Wont be able to go outside. HoWever the poor people Wont be able to stock up as they dont have money for it . They are living pay check to paycheck but no they dont have jobs so they cant get money.

1.3. The people that get their money from customers (shopkeepers, homeless people get donations from civilians) Wont be able to get money and Would go absolute broke meaning Would have no money.

2. Tips to reduce stress and anxiety regarding the current pandemic

2.1. Stay informed—but don’t obsessively check the news

2.1.1. there’s a lot of misinformation going around, as well as sensationalistic coverage that only feeds into fear. It’s important to be discerning about what you read and watch.

2.1.2. Stick to trustworthy sources such as the CDC, the World Health Organization, and your local public health authorities.

2.2. Know that it’s okay to have anxiety. You’re not alone

2.2.1. he first step to mastering your anxiety is to recognize what it is when it happens. Instead of ignoring it and letting it build up and take over, simply note the anxiety as soon as you feel the buzzing in your heart, the spinning in your brain: This is anxiety.

2.2.2. When we do this, we take the emotion, or the anxiety even, out of anxiety. Recognising the feeling of anxiety puts you back in control

2.3. Have a good routine

2.3.1. Try not to have a routine that is unhealthy for example= have a good sleeping schedule (get at least 9 hours)

2.3.2. A good routine and sleeping schedule results in a healthier mindset and it helps boost the immune system. Also a good sleep schedule/routine can reduce stress and anxiety.

3. Precautions one can take to avoid getting corona virus

3.1. washing your hands frequently (for at least 20 seconds) with soap and water or a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

3.2. avoiding touching your face (particularly your eyes, nose, and mouth)

3.3. avoiding crowds and gatherings of 10 or more people.

3.4. Boost your immune system;

3.4.1. Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables

3.4.2. Exercise regularly.

3.4.3. Get adequate sleep.
