1. LACK OF PROPER EDUCATION

1.1. In the film Parasite, Kim Ki-Woo and his sibling Ki-Jung were not able to attend college even though they are very talented because they didn't have the money to afford it. This is also a common case here in the Philippines. There are a lot of aspiring children who have the talent and skills but don't have enough budget to push through with it. This problem can be addressed if there will be people who are willing to provide to those who are unable to pay for their academic expenses.

1.1.1. PROPOSED PROJECT: PERSONALIZED SCHOLARSHIPS A project that provides a scholarship to someone who needs it. The organizers will look for people or companies that are willing to sponsor someone's academic expenses. Given that those chosen for this scholarship are talented, the pressure of a maintaining grade to keep the scholarship won't be applied. The student can choose to take countless courses that he/she would like to pursue.

2. UNEMPLOYMENT

2.1. In the film Parasite, the Kim family struggled with unemployment. They were only able to get a job because they lied their way through it. This also happens here in the Philippines, as many Filipinos are also unemployed may it be due to lack of proper education, or lack of opportunities. This problem can be addressed if these people were given at least the opportunity to be able to get good paying jobs.

2.1.1. PROPOSED PROJECT: SEMINARS A project where the undergraduates and those who have graduated but are unemployed can attend a 4-session seminar wherein the organizers of this event are partnered with local companies that are willing to take these people as their future employees once they have finished attending the seminar. These jobs offered, shall be guaranteed as doable without requiring any educational attainment in the case of those with no educational background and as a job that pays enough to at least provide for their families.

3. CRISIS IN AFFORDING HOUSES

3.1. In the film Parasite, the Kim family lived in a semi basement where it wasn't really sanitary because there were bugs, and drunks often peed near their place. This is obviously also observed in the Philippines. Not to mention, a lot of them even sleep on the streets without proper access to a bed or even a bathroom. This problem can be addressed if the homeless can be a given a place of their own.

3.1.1. PROPOSED PROJECT: ARRANGED HOUSING A project wherein the organizers coordinate with willing companies to sponsor the construction of an area wherein houses for the homeless will be built. The organizers will also conduct a fundraiser to further help with the expenses to be used. Those without homes can live here in hopes that it can give them the desire to get back up on their own feet.
