1.1.1. Customers need to have faith in me to help them, so I have to first have confidence in myself.

1.1.2. If I don't believe in myself and my ability to do my job well...I won't.

1.2.1. I need to work hard to make perfect grades

2. Strong Work Ethic

2.1. Why is this important?

2.1.1. To get in and get the job done correctly and efficiently

2.1.2. Show my employer I am competant

2.2. How can i master this skill?

2.2.1. I already have a really strong work ethic, but I just need to work 110% and show how important my job is to me

3. Communication

3.1. Why is this Important?

3.1.1. Computer technology is a major form of communication itself.

3.1.2. So customers are satisfied and to be able to teach them important short cuts and helpful tips.

3.2. How can I master this skill?

3.2.1. Learn to use my resource to effectively communicate what I'm trying to say.
