1. Strong Work Ethic
1.1. Why is this important?
1.1.1. To get in and get the job done correctly and efficiently
1.1.2. Show my employer I am competant
1.2. How can i master this skill?
1.2.1. I already have a really strong work ethic, but I just need to work 110% and show how important my job is to me
2. Communication
2.1. Why is this Important?
2.1.1. Computer technology is a major form of communication itself.
2.1.2. So customers are satisfied and to be able to teach them important short cuts and helpful tips.
2.2. How can I master this skill?
2.2.1. Learn to use my resource to effectively communicate what I'm trying to say.
3. Self-Confidence
3.1. Why is this important?
3.1.1. Customers need to have faith in me to help them, so I have to first have confidence in myself.
3.1.2. If I don't believe in myself and my ability to do my job well...I won't.
3.2. How can I master this skill?
3.2.1. I need to work hard to make perfect grades
