Phase 1 Opening by Mind Map: Phase 1 Opening

1. Website - full induction video to be put onto website detailing all of the cleaning/entrance and exit routes. Also booking system for gym/pt sessions and classes. Could we make this a compulsory video whereby they have to prove they have watched it? Maybe a code that is generated that must be quoted? Unsure on how this would work but just a thought.

3.1.1.1. Mywellness - link to the induction video could be put onto my wellness as well as cleaning tips and a map for entrance and exit routes. Could have the app as a central way to get information so that we increase the number of members on my wellness.

3.1.1.2. TV's - place advice on cleaning equipment and entrance and exit routes around the centre.

3.1.1.3. Different languages/subtitiles - we are going to need some form of translation to any promo material we put out. We may not be expecting any new foreign students but there may still be some who have not been able to go home who will remain here for the next academic year. Could this be linked in with the international office who have the numbers of students?
