8.3.3. Psalm 103:10-12 10 He does not punish us for all our sins; he does not deal harshly with us, as we deserve. 11 For his unfailing love toward those who fear him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth. 12 He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west.

8.4. Trust and Forgiveness does not happen at the same time.

9.3.1. Heart of Gospel! 1 John 1:9 But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. The Gospel isn’t just Receiving Forgiveness But Giving Forgiveness! Forgiveness doesn’t just flow to us! Forgiveness flows through us!

10.2. WHY does God want you to forgive?

10.2.1. God asks you to forgive because HE—LOVES—YOU

10.2.2. God doesn’t ask you to forgive o heal the other person

10.2.3. God asks you to forgive To heal you! Set you free!

10.2.4. Forgiving may not set the person who betrayed you free,but forgiveness will set YOU free

10.2.5. Doesn’t mean it’s easy Increase our faith! Easier be bitter Faith to forgive!

11. Jesus, I trust you—Faith...

11.1. Faith enables me to see an opportunity for freedom where others only see an offense!

11.1.1. Marriage Lots of hurt!

11.1.2. Adultery grounds divorce Forgiveness!

11.1.3. A strong marriage is made up of two good forgivers!

11.2. How much forgiveness do they deserve?
