1. What are public facilities?
1.1. What is the difference between public and private properties?
1.2. public facilities are facilities constructed for the use of a public such as restaurants, recreation facilities, lobby areas, etc
1.2.1. owned by public authorities used for public purposes, does not belong to anyone person but to the public at large and is not restricted to any one individual's use or possession
2. Why do people cause disruption to public facilities?
2.1. main idea of disruption is because the government does not listen to the words of the public therefore it angers the public which causes them to be physical, thus causing a disruption
2.1.1. the person convicted of vandalism would often be ordered to wash, replace, or repair the damaged public facility
2.1.1.1. laws exists to prevent destruction of property and public spaces, and also to protect against hate crimes and other behavior that is directed at religious or minority groups, or even government bodies.
2.2. What are the actions that will be taken upon individual who is liable for act of causing destruction/ vandalism to public facilities?

2.3. Who might destroy the public facilities?
2.3.1. terrorist, or maybe students, or residents might destroy the public facilities without intentionally
2.4. Destroying public facilities might cause lives lost and destroy families. It also causes people not able to access its use and waste resources and money of the government. some of the people who vandalize or destroy public facilities just for their own fun. They are being selfish and only think about themselves, causing lot of people losing their life and family. Therefore, I think it is important to have law so that we can punish those who destroy /vandalize public facilities.
2.4.1. These people know they are not responsible and liable for it, as the damage only can attributes to the authorities.
