1. Nearpod

1.1. I have actually used Nearpod and have never explored the virtual field trip option. I found one about the Anemone Reef where students could scroll around and see all parts of this fantastic ocean habitat. This would be a really neat addition to our study of animal habitats.

2. Google Expeditions

2.1. This app allows you to visit wherever you would like! I chose landforms as a topic since we study that in second grade. I found a tour called physical geography that showed different physical features such as landforms, rivers, climates, soils, plants, and other natural features.

3. Barcy

3.1. This is similar to Quiver. I found science coloring sheets in the Chromville Living Beings section. I would use this sheet when we study parts of a plant. Students would be able to color and then see the parts of the plant pop off of the page.

4. Quiver Education

4.1. There is a set of coloring sheets for education that I found interesting. I liked the "Create Your Own Flag" sheet. This could be used for both a study on country and state. Students could even create a personal flag to represent themselves. I think they would love to see these flags come to life.

5. Zoo-AR

5.1. This is a really tool to use with children to view zoo animals. If it is used at the zoo, you would be able to see animals that were asleep or not active at the time you are present. The printable cards would be an excellent tool to use with students in the classroom who have never had the opportunity to visit a zoo and see those animals.
