1. Arya Nair-8G - When I am stressed and frustrated, listening to music makes me to- calm down. It really works indeed!

2. Irin Biju 8-G When I want to clear my head I either paint or draw since I find it therapeutic.

3. Angela Susan Finniey : when I am feeling a bit upset or when I am a bit piled up and stressed I sing or listen to songs or sometime write songs and play my instrument or I might sleep

4. Absija jomon- When l feel stressed, l do breathing execise and think some thing postive.

5. Kripa Sunil-8G- When I feel sad or stressed I write diaries. It diverts my mind. I also think about the past memories which makes me happy.

7. Neha Sajeev 8G: I like to go outside and take a walk or read some of my favorite books whenever i feel upset.

7.1. When I need to clear my mind off the heaps of stress that are racking up, I resort to literature and writing, which also enhances vocabulary and cognition whilst still regulating blood pressure and pulse rate. "I contend that if you're overthinking, read , and if you're under-thinking , write." Another activity I enjoy to de-stress is cleaning. It has been scientifically proved that cleaning releases 'feel-good' chemicals called endorphins, which lessens weariness and boosts concentration.

8. Neha Sunu 8-G: when i feel upset I like to draw or take a bath to refresh myself or just sleep.

9. Ardra Jeevan - If I were to feel stressed, I would either cry it out or pray or just full on listen to Hindi music.

10. Hiba Riyas: When I am feeling stressed, I listen to music to clear my mind also I would call a friend and tell the problems which I am facing.

11. Jalena Anna Jakku: When I am anxious or upset I try to relax my mind and body.

12. Fiza shafeek- Most of the time when I want to get something of my head I listen to music or sing.

13. Sidra Shamshad 8-G I play chess to relieve stress or to divert my mind when I am nervous.

14. SARA SEYED MOHIDEEN 8-G When I feel distressed or down, I close my eyes and concentrate on my breathing, it helps me to analyse the difference in my body internally and soothe it. As an athlete, being confident and consistent at all times plays a vital part, only then can I achieve anything in life.

15. Caina - When I am stressed I like to read books to clear my mind.

16. Devika: When i feel anxious or stressed out i like to meditate while listening to relaxing music, I also find it helpful to talk to my friends about my problems.
