1.1. To review new payment process and get inputs to refine it:
1.1.1. Time sheet template updating
1.1.2. Time sheet completion and student attendance data
1.1.2.1. Time sheet completion is somewhat delayed by the lecturers.
1.1.2.1.1. Department support staff to monitor the time sheet on a weekly basis (part-time/full time) and give reminders via mail where necessary.
1.1.3. PDF and digital signing
1.1.4. Approval by subject coordinators
1.1.4.1. Reminders were given at every stage. Updating and approval were delayed at both levels.
1.1.4.1.1. HoD's to keep track of lecturers who delay their time sheet completion even after multiple reminders.
1.1.5. Work completion time line and processing payments timely
1.1.5.1. Admin Head: to create a time line to monitor and check on the time sheet completion.
1.1.5.2. Admin Head: to create a time line/deadline for time sheet approval in order to avoid delays in payment processing
1.2. To get inputs on how to improve administrative during COVID 19 situation:
1.2.1. Add/drop forms
1.2.2. Room booking
1.2.3. Class taking monitoring
1.2.4. Allow teaching staff to use faculty facilities
