2. " MAIN" 2020 OBJECTIVES

2.1. Drive Continuous Improvement

2.1.1. Good coordination with Herve + Service Excellence, this clarification through the GPA was necessary (there was a lot of overlap on the methodology).

2.2. CPL Committee Animation

3. MY NEEDS

3.1. Support / help / coordination on projects / digital tools

3.1.1. I spend too much time coordinating digital projects to the detriment of contract performance issues.

3.1.2. Phase 2 - Action Plans / Site Action Dashboard to TABLEAU

3.1.3. Requests for improvement on the tools set up ( Site Action Plan Dashboard, Action Plan, Site Information / Documentation ) etc ...

3.1.3.1. Who is the application / tool project manager?

3.2. New mobile phone !!!!

3.3. Face to face team meetings with moments of sharing outside of work !

4.1. Learn how to disconnect (between personal life and professional life).
