o Start with double underhooks on legs with head low against thigh to stop no arm triangle. Maybe post on left foot and right knee for good base.

o Kick out right leg straight backwards, then bring it up to achieve opponent’s left foot between your legs.

o Pull right arm out and put it on top of the left leg on top of the knee

\n

o Head goes to the left, over the hip while dropping right shoulder hard into the stomach

\n

o Drive hard with left arm keep his leg up so he can’t lock his legs

\n

o Kick left leg back and high as you push his left leg through with your right hand

o Drive left knee under his legs to stop the turn-in

o Hunt for his head with your right arm

o Left arm takes over for left knee blocking hips and taking a tight side control
