1.1. • Internet Addiction has emerged as a universal issue affecting a multitude of people , it may be brought about by the simple fact of using coping in combination with internet technologies to escape from the negative emotions of daily life and promote more positive emotions, when used in excess, the internet has the ability to interfere with work, life, relationships, and daily routines.

2.1. 1. Time Your Use.

2.1.1. • One of the ways to prevent forming a habit is to engage less in an activity. So naturally, the easiest way to prevent Internet addiction is to not engage too much, time your use and intentionally be aware of the time.

2.2. 2. Controlling Boredom.

2.2.1. • adding orientation curricula for students in primary and secondary schools in time management in beneficially using the Internet service for physical and mental health. Workshops for training should be given to the parents by the school to address the issue of Internet addiction and how they can keep a check on their child’s activities.

2.2.2. • Boredom is one of the harder things to control. When there’s a “gap” in which the mind is not active, the mind will want to latch onto anything it possibly can in order to keep itself occupied. We can fill this gap with some activities like (You can go biking, swimming, Doing sports, Read books, meet family\friends ..... etc.)

2.5.1. • It would be useful to understand the reasons why any specific person develops an internet addiction disorder. Sometimes living on the internet can be an alternative to a "real" life, we need also to look at what people avoid by spending all their time on the internet.

2.5.2. • Serve as a good role model for the Internet addict by properly managing your own use of computers and the Internet. • Talk to the person about your concerns that he or she may be an Internet addict.
