4. So why is even called a waterfall braid?
5. Well, when you're doing the braid, you always drop the right section.
6. So, with all the dropped right sides, the braid ends up looking sort of like a waterfall, which is how it got it's name.

8. Ending with a hair band is really easy too! Once you want your waterfall braid to end, just gather the hair into a ponytail, and secure it with a small hair band.
