1. Design rights
1.1. registration of a newly created shape, appearance, design or configuration
1.2. Automatically protected for 15 years after creation, or 10 years after sale.
2. Copyright
2.1. its an exclusive, assignable legal right, given to the originator for a fixed number of years.
2.2. allows to print, publish, perform, film or record literacy, artistic or musical material.
3. Patent
3.1. a machine, manufacture, process or composition of matter that can be patented
3.2. It must demonstrate an idea, not previously existing
3.3. It has to work as intended
4. Trademarks
4.1. A trade, brand or name of a product
4.2. unique product names or logos registered for a business or a service.
4.3. Trademarks are renewed after 10 years. Then they can be sold, marketed, or licensed.
