1. Did World War II have an impact on liability?

1.1. I considered that Yes the world war change the way we see liability because it cause a damage and when someone cause damage have to be responsable of their actions because as we know there were a lot of damages and people who died is kind of sad but every damage have responsibility

1.2. of course. I think that experience helped us to Start regulating all about the acts that the people have, and how it can affect to other persons. And, I think that after the World War II the responsability begun to be important to punish the responsable.
